The perfect marriage of a milky Ganache flavoured with vanilla from Madagascar, has a wine with a grape variety that gives a colourful wine (China ink) with harmonious tannins and which always keeps a nice acidity. It has on the nose, as in the mouth, a cherry, kirsch, but also smoky, “charcoal” side.

This grape variety produces a colourful wine (Chinese ink) with harmonious tannins and a good acidity. On the nose and palate, it has morello cherry and kirsch flavours, as well as smoky, charcoal notes.
