The perfect marriage of a milky Ganache flavoured with vanilla from Madagascar, has a very typical Pinot Noir, whose complexity and richness are increased. The maturing in barrels of increasing age allows to open the fruit of the wine without important aromatic contribution. Also, maturing for one year gives it time to mature well.

Tasting notes
The vines that produce this Pinot Noir are planted on a loam that is more clayey than the average Vully soil. Worked biodynamically and vinified on a parcel-by-parcel basis, this terroir produces grapes that ripen slowly and remain on the vine until the last day of harvest. The result is a highly distinctive wine, with added complexity and richness. Ageing in barrels of increasing age allows the fruitiness of the wine to develop without any significant aromatic contribution. A year’s ageing also gives the wine time to mature.
